Initial CRM

An interactive course that normally lasts two days and is primarily for cabin and flight deck crew who have little or no previous CRM knowledge. The course is run by accredited CRMI (ground) facilitators and complies with all requirements within the UK CAA under the Joint Aviation Authority JAA) regulations.

Recurrent CRM

This course is designed to continue development of CRM skills as an annual refresher for pilots and cabin crew. The compliance requirements and content is developed annually with the client airline company to reflect the issues and culture within the airline. The courses are run by UK CAA accredited CRMI facilitators.
