What's the difference between a group and a team?
We often work with others as part of a small or larger team. Working together effectively as a team is vital to safety.
There are different skills involved in being a good Team Leader or Team Member. Effective team leaders encourage involvement
and welcome intervention from team members where safety is at risk and good team members are always prepared to speak up when safety
is at risk.
Our Teamwork module helps participitants understand the roles, why they are important and what makes some teams more effective than
others.
