Since we were cavemen, stress has been a necessary part of our body to help us 'fight or flight'. In modern society too much stress
can lead to strain or breakdowns.
This module helps create an understanding of how to recognise your own personal symptoms of stress, how to reduce stress by dealing
with large stressors and not the small irritations of life.
External sources of stress can lead to overload thus increasing our error rate. We discuss how overload feels, how to recognise the
signs of overload in yourself and others and how to avoid it.
