Bridge Resource Management

In association with colleagues from Teamwise Ltd. Omega Training Solutions is able to offer a two and half day Bridge Resource Management Course for ship's officers.

Based on aviation's Crew Resource Managment including all the topics of our Safety In Mind course, the programme is adapted to be relevant to and meet the specific needs of the maritime industry.

The course is intended to provide participants with an introduction to and understanding of why the 'Human Factor' is often the root cause of many incidents and accidents.
