Our Experience
Training is very expensive.
A training programme not well received or failing to make its point is a wasted investment of time and money.
Over the last fifteen years we have accumulated wide practical experience of the successful design, introduction and
presentation of various types of training. Our practical experience with major airlines and other industries, has given us a
unique insight into the difficulties which can be encountered when introducing training programmes. We have developed a keen insight
into how such difficulties can be successfully overcome, particularly in a community that may be uncertain about the value of the lessons
the training contains.
Probably the greatest value we bring is our long and varied operational experience in the airline industry. A purely academic approach to
training can generate hostility and make it seem irrelevant to everyday problems. Our background and experience gives us a unique ability
to take the lessons learned in academic research and present them in a way that is understandable, relevant and of practical value.
We have found this approach can be applied in other industries, particularly where 'Human Factors Training' can complement technical training
to produce a safer, more effective and efficient workforce.
