THREAT & ERROR MANAGEMENT TRAINING

We all make errors. Every organisation is at risk from these errors and external threats. Despite defence barriers being put in place to prevent the errors and threats having far reaching and possibly disastrous consequences, all defence layers have latent holes.

This 1 day programme is a useful introduction for those staff members within an organisation who whilst not being in the front line operation, still play an essential role in safety. Being removed from the operational environment it is possible for them not appreciate the effect of their errors downstream at the 'sharp end'.

As well as helping to identify and fill in some of the holes in the Organisation's safety barrier another aim of the course is to provide participtants with some tools and strategies they can use to enhance their personal safety at work and home.
